Review Pending List

The Review Pending in the Customer Management section is used to evaluate new customer sign-ups received from web clients, specifically store users. When a customer signs up, their details appear in the Review Pending list for verification.

Customer Management Review Pending

• Customer Details: Displays essential information such as account number, company name, phone number, address, and status for verification process.
• Click on "View Users" link.

Account Verification Request:

• The "View Users" link allows access to detailed user information associated with the customer, supporting the verification process.
• Verify: Approves the customer account, making it active for further interactions. You can see the customer in All Customer Tab.
• Reject: Declines the customer account, preventing it from proceeding. After rejecting, a screen will pop up asking You the reason for rejecting the customer.

Rejection Reason Guide

• Upon rejecting a customer, a Rejection Reason Dialog Box will appear. Write the applicable reason for rejection and Click on Reject or Cancel.
