The Active Pricing section displays a list of currently active product prices assigned to specific customer accounts within the system. It allows users to view, manage, and track pricing details such as customer account numbers, product codes, unit prices, and validity periods (start and end dates). Each active price entry shows its publication status, minimum order quantity, and optional shipping details. Users can search for pricing data using filters and keywords, and perform additional actions like downloading the list, refreshing data, or initiating shipment tasks. This module ensures price accuracy and transparency across customer transactions.

Select All
The Select All checkbox allows users to select all pricing entries displayed on the current page in bulk. When checked, all available items are selected, enabling batch operations like downloading or modifying multiple records at once. If unchecked, individual items can still be selected manually. -
Select Filter Dropdown
The Select Filter dropdown provides filtering options to narrow down pricing records based on specific criteria. Users can apply filters such as customer account number, product code, store code, or other attributes to refine search results and display only relevant pricing data. -
Download Selected
The Download Selected button lets users export selected pricing entries into a downloadable format, such as CSV or Excel. This feature is helpful for data analysis, reporting, or offline record-keeping, ensuring that only relevant data is exported based on the selected records. -
Refresh
The Refresh button updates the pricing data displayed on the screen by retrieving the latest information from the system. -
Filter Button
The Filter button helps users narrow down search results based on different criteria. When users click this button, a filter panel opens where they can enter specific values. This tool makes finding the proper pricing records easier, quicker, and efficient.
3. Pricing Details Overview

Name:
This represents the pricing list name associated with a particular customer or business entity. -
Customer Account No.:
This field is intended to display the unique account number of the customer to whom the pricing applies. It helps in tracking and managing pricing structures for individual clients in the system. -
Product Code :
The product code is a special number given to each item in the system. It helps keep track of how many items are in stock, makes sure the prices are right, and allows us to follow the product through different sales. -
Store Code:
This identifier represents a store's specific location or code where certain pricing is applicable. By using this identifier, businesses can tailor their pricing strategies to meet the needs of each location, taking into account factors such as local demand, competition, and operational costs. -
Customer Tag:
A customer-specific tag is assigned to categorize and group pricing for a particular client. This can be used for internal tracking, filtering, or applying special pricing conditions. -
Product Tag:
This tag classifies the product within predefined categories in the system. It helps in filtering, organizing, and managing multiple products with similar characteristics. -
Store Tag:
A store-specific tag helps group or identify stores based on pricing structures, regions, or business requirements. This is useful for managing bulk pricing strategies. -
Start Date:
The start date indicates when the product's pricing becomes active. It ensures that the correct pricing is applied from the specified date. -
End Date:
The end date defines the expiration of the pricing agreement. After this date, the pricing may need to be renewed or updated. -
Status:
The status indicates the current state of the pricing entry and determines whether it is active or still in the setup phase.- Draft: Pricing is still in progress, not yet active, and can be edited. It is not applied to transactions or visible to customers.
- Published: Pricing is finalized, active, and applied in transactions. It cannot be freely edited without reverting to Draft or creating a new entry.

Unit Price:
This represents the price per unit of the product. It defines the amount the customer will be charged for purchasing the specified product. -
Min Quantity:
This field specifies the minimum order quantity required for the pricing to be applicable. It ensures that customers purchase at least the defined quantity to avail of the pricing. -
Active Toggle:
This toggle determines whether the pricing is currently active or disabled. If enabled, the pricing is applied to transactions; if disabled, it is not in use. -
Shipping Price Included:
This setting specifies whether shipping costs are included in the unit price. If enabled, no additional shipping charges will be applied separately. -
All Customers Selected:
This indicates whether the pricing is applicable to all customers or only to a specific group. If enabled, multiple customers can access this price. -
All Stores Selected:
This field defines whether the pricing applies to all store locations. If enabled, the pricing structure is available across multiple stores under the same business entity.
