• Customer Account Number: The Customer Account Number field is a dropdown menu that allows users to select an account number from a predefined list. This field ensures that the correct account is referenced when generating the price list. It is marked with an asterisk (*), indicating that it is a mandatory field. The selection of an account number helps in retrieving relevant pricing details specific to the customer.
• Customer Name : The Customer Name field is a text input box where users can manually enter the customer’s name. It provides additional identification for reference. This field allows for personalization in the generated price list but does not affect the selection of customer account numbers.
•  Store: The Store field is a dropdown menu that enables users to select a specific store location. This selection ensures that the price list generated corresponds to the designated store. By choosing a store, users can filter product pricing based on regional or branch-specific variations. This field is required to maintain accuracy in location-based pricing structures.

• Select option to generate PDF : The Select option to generate PDF field is a dropdown menu that provides multiple options for generating a price list in PDF format. This feature allows users to customize the report based on specific criteria. The dropdown ensures flexibility in retrieving relevant pricing information, making it suitable for different business needs. The highlighted red section in the image shows four available options: Purchased products, Contract prices, Tags, and All products. Each option serves a distinct purpose in price list generation.
• • The Purchased products option generates a price list based on the products that a particular customer has previously bought.
