2. Export History Overview:
- Export Functionality: The Export History feature allows users to manage and track exported files efficiently. Each exported file is recorded with essential details, enabling users to review and access their data without reinitiating the export process. Exporting data allows users to select specific records (e.g., customers, invoices) and download them in formats such as JSON or Excel. The exported files then appear in the "Export History" section.
-
-
Users select the required records.
-
They initiate the export by clicking the "Download Selected" button.
-
The system processes the request and generates the downloadable file.
-
The exported files are stored in the Export History section for access and tracking.
-
- Refresh: The "Refresh" button updates the list of exportable records. Clicking this button fetches the latest data and reflects any changes made to the system, ensuring that users always work with the most up-to-date information.
